In compliance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to ticket purchases made through our platform:
1. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal.
In accordance with European regulations, tickets for events with a specific date are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means that once the purchase is completed, it will not be possible to cancel, modify, or request a refund for the tickets (Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).
2. Event Cancellation or Modification.
In the event that the event is canceled, postponed, or significantly modified, the following policy will apply:
– If the event is canceled, the full ticket price will be refunded, including the base price but excluding platform fees.
– If the event is postponed, the ticket will remain valid for the new date.
– If the event undergoes significant modifications (each case will be evaluated), the buyer may opt for a refund.
3. Ticket Resale
If the buyer is unable to attend the event, they may list their tickets for sale through our platform. Additionally, buyers are free to resell their tickets on any other platform they deem appropriate, provided they comply with the organizer’s conditions and local laws regarding ticket resale.
4. User Responsibility.
It is the user’s responsibility to:
– Carefully verify the event details (date, time, venue, category, etc.) before confirming the purchase.
– Ensure that the information provided for the delivery and receipt of tickets is accurate.
